TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the VIP Membership Terms (“VIP Terms”) which will apply to you if you apply to become a Curzon VIP member after 9th April 2025 (“VIP Membership”) which you can use in one of our Curzon cinemas (subject to the terms and conditions and below), provided by us, Curzon Cinemas Limited (Company No.: 00283280), with registered office at 7th Floor, 11 Keeley Street, London, WC2B 4BA, UK (“Curzon”) in England only.

In accepting the VIP Membership, you hereby accept these VIP Terms as well as the following.

• Our ‘Visiting Website and Making Online Purchases Terms’ will apply to you when redeeming your VIP Membership online.
• Our ‘Visiting Our Cinemas Terms’ will apply to you when using your Membership benefits in our Curzon cinemas.

Your VIP Membership shall also be governed by the ‘Membership Terms’: in the event of any conflict between the Membership Terms and the VIP Terms, these VIP Terms shall prevail.

This VIP Membership entitles you to the following benefits:

- Two free cinema tickets* per week, to be used at any of our cinemas (for you and one accompanying guest);

- No booking fees for any online bookings;

- Discounts on any food and beverages purchased at our venues for you and your guest.

* - Please note: your free tickets cannot be used for previews, events, Q&As, festivals, or at our Curzon Connect venues (such as Sea Containers) or for streaming of films on our Curzon Home Cinema platform.

Though we will strive to achieve consistent discounts across our Curzon cinemas, third-party pricing practices mean the discount we can offer will vary from time to time.

When booking, simply present your card at the box office in our venues to redeem the free tickets. You can also book online by logging into your account on our website.

We reserve the right to alter or discontinue any benefits under your VIP Membership without prior notification.

When you log into your Curzon account, you will have access to an e-card showing your Membership ID and will be able to redeem your benefits. In our cinemas, please present your e-card and ID. We may request proof of your age, identity and/or residence to confirm compliance with these VIP Terms or to conform to law, regulation, court order, or similar public authority.

You will agree to keep your username, password, Membership ID and/or the combination of them (each and together “Credentials”) confidential and secure; do not allow anyone else to use them, especially anyone under the age of 18 years old without your supervision. You are fully responsible and liable for all activity carried out under your VIP Membership (whether by yourself, be someone under your care, or by anyone who has become aware of your credentials through your deliberate act or negligence). You will notify us immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Credentials.

This membership shall last for a period of twelve (12) months and shall renew automatically on an annual basis. 

You may cancel your membership at any point, by providing us with thirty (30) days’ notice.

As per the Membership Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your VIP Membership immediately if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these VIP Terms.

Your application to VIP Membership is an offer to join our Membership scheme, our acceptance of your offer will create a contract between you and us (the “Membership Agreement”).  We will signify that the joining process is complete via email, if you join online (“Acceptance Email”).  You can enjoy your Membership immediately.
