TICKET BOOKING
CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
You can purchase your film tickets online through our website, over the telephone via our call centre or in person at the box office at the cinema. Please note that sporting events are not ticketed and you can come at any time. Seating is limited, so availability will be subject to the capacity of the event space.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT?
The Open Air Screen is available to book for private events. For enquiries please get in touch with our private hires team.
WHAT HAPPENS IN BAD WEATHER?
In all cases, paid screenings will continue to go ahead in bad weather. (Cozy blankets are provided)
Screenings will only be cancelled on the very rare occasion that the weather is so bad that it becomes a safety risk. No refunds are given in case of bad weather, unless the screening is cancelled.
FOOD AND DRINK
CAN I GET FOOD AT THE OPEN AIR SCREEN?
Yes, we serve food & drink at the venue.
HOW DO I ORDER FOOD AND DRINK?
During our ticketed events, we will have ushers stationed within the outdoor screen area, with whom you will be able to order food and drink (from the comfort of your seat)! For non-ticketed events, you will be able to order either outside or at the bar inside the cinema.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
Unfortunately, guests are not allowed to bring their own food and drink to the outdoor screen. There is a wide variety of food and drink available to purchase from the cinema.

Is there a Happy Hour?
Yes, same as the cinema happy hours: Happy Hour is 5pm to 10pm every day, 2 for £16 on all cocktails.
Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the outdoor screen. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed.
Is the Open Air Screen wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Open Air Screen is wheelchair accessible and the seats can be moved around to accommodate wheelchairs.
Are there any special offers if I’m a member?
Usual membership discounts will apply (membership ticket prices and 10% off F&B)

IS SMOKING ALLOWED AT THE OUTDOOR SCREEN?
Smoking is not allowed at the outdoor screen. Please ask an usher for the location of the designated smoking areas.
